Easy delicious grilled short ribs packed with the best homemade rub, bet you can’t just eat one!
Ing:
8 strips of ribs 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp mustard
rub:
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp citric acid
4 tbsp of lemon pepper
6 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp of cajun seasoning
4 tbsp of chili powder
1/2 tsp of salt
Method:
Wash the ribs in hot water and pat dry, mix the rub and put it in a container with holes so it can be easily sprinkled over the ribs. Lay your ribs in a flat pan and brush with mustard, then sprinkle the rub on it generously, doing this on both the sides of the ribs, let marinate for about 3 hours. Preheat the grill to about 400 degrees and make sure the grill is clean, then lay the ribs on the grids and turn after 3 minutes. Total cooking time will be approximately 14 minutes, grilling each side for about 7 minutes each! Make sure and sprinkle some rub while still on the grill and once they come off the grill. Enjoy!
