Delicious steaks grilled to perfection, a great meal cooked outside to enjoy on a beautiful summer day!
2 pieces of denuded strip or sirloin or ribeye
1 tbsp ginger and garlic (fresh)
1 tbsp green chutney
1 tsp of sambal or red chutney
2 ripe kiwis
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
In a small blender blend all the marinade ingredients and add it to the steak, let marinate for about 3 hours or overnight. In a preheated grill have two burners on high and and two on low, place the steaks on the grill once you see grill marks turn it around, when the other side also gets grill marks turn your grill on med cover the top and let cook turning it every now and then it should take about 25 minutes total, now this will very on your grill and on the meat itself so keep an eye on it and don’t overcook your meat, this will result in tough and chewy meat!
