Healthy/ low carb/ no carb meals

Looking for an alternative to spreads and preserves? Well I have just a thing for you try making this delicious spread which is not only healthy but super delicious and filling, bananas are super nutritious and packed with vitamins and potassium!
Ing:
1 tbsp ghee or clarified butter
7 to 8 ripe bananas
2 tbsp chia seeds (soaked in water)
Method:
In a wide pan add the clarified butter and let it melt, next cut up the bananas and add it to the butter and let it cook on med low heat, keep stirring every now and then to avoid burning it, keep cooking until it is dark in colour and the natural sugars from the bananas have caramelized. Lastly add the chia seeds, choose what you would like to spread on or dip or dunk and enjoy!
