Smoothies and Drinks

A delicious and healthy smoothie using the Zola Organic Acai drink, and combining it with fresh papaya, mango, kale, ginger and chia seeds.
8oz Organic original Acai Juice
1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
1/2 cup frozen Mangos
3/4 cup frozen Papaya
1 tsp fresh ginger juice
3 springs of Kale
1 Banana
4 Mint leaves
Put everything in a blender and blend till you have a nice smooth lump free smoothie. Top with 2 tbsp of chia seeds that have been soaked in water.

A refreshing cold and healthy summer drink!
1 Large mango peeled and cubed
1 cup milk
2 to 4 tbsp yogurt
sugar (optional)
In a blender add the mango, milk, yogurt and sugar and blend it, check the consistency and adjust it per your preference, also do a taste test adjust the sugar per your taste and enjoy!

A creamy punch mixed with rainbow sherbet and vanilla ice cream that for sure will rock your party!
6 to 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
6 to 8 scoops rainbow sherbert
54 oz orange juice
6 oz concentrated white grape juice
6 oz water
the concentrated juice can be substituted with any other juice, and it does not have to be concentrated, you can use ready made pineapple juice too! I like experimenting with other juices too.
Fresh fruits
1 oranges sliced
1 kiwis sliced
1 lime sliced
1 cup of frozen fruits such as, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries
The fruits can also be substituted per your liking
In a punch bowl add the orange juice and the grape juice then scoop the vanilla ice cream and the sherbert, next add the limes and the fruits stir lightly and wait 5 min before you serve. The longer you wait the tastier it becomes. because of the vanilla ice cream melting and mixing with the orange juice. This is an amazing mix of juices and ice cream as well as the fruits….


A healthy refreshing shake that is not only good for you but tastes amazinnnnnnng!
2 tsp soaked chia seeds
1/2 cup crushed ice
sugar to taste
pinch of salt
1/2 avocado
enough milk for the consistency you like
Put all the ingredients in a blender or magic bullet and blend.

A wonderful milkshake with chia seeds and nuts!

Ice cream
crushed almonds
chia seeds
condensed milk
red food coloring
rose essence
In a jug add the milk, sweetened condensed milk, nuts, rose essence, food coloring and chia seeds than top with ice cream and enjoy!

A refreshing minty drink that is made with all fresh ingredients!
1 fresh lime
sugar to taste
salt to taste
fresh mint as much as you like
fresh ice
enough water to help grind the mixtrure
Put everything in the blender and blend it, put it in a cup and garnish it with a lime wedge and some fresh mint and enjoy!
