Super crunchy and delicious chicken strips, I decided to make both fried and baked to give you an idea of what the difference is.
Ing:
Preheat oven to 400
2 cups oil
2 lbs chicken breast cut in long strips
1 tbsp ginger and garlic
salt to taste
1/2 tsp of pepper
3/4 tsp lemon pepper
Marinate your chicken
1 cup white flour
season the flour with
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
eggs
season eggs with
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
11/2 cups panko bread crumbs
season the panko bread crumbs with 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
Method:
Start of by preparing your chicken and marinating it. Get all your other ingredients and season that well too, next take a chicken strip dip it in flour first, then egg, then lastly dip it in panko bread crumbs and make sure it’s coated well, prepare all of them and if you are baking them put them on a greased pan and stick them in the oven, if you are going to fry them heat your oil, test your oil if it sizzles then add the chicken strips in one by one on med heat, it should take 5 to 7 minutes for the chicken to cook through!
Bake the chicken for about 25 to 30 minutes making sure it is cooked through! I served them with homemade fries!

Soft pita bread that is hollow on the inside, and can be stuffed with whatever your heart desires!
Ing:
3 cups white all purpose flour
11/2 tsp yeast
depending on how cold it is you can add
1 sugar to the yeast in
1 cup water
salt to taste
1 egg
7 tbsp oil
Method:
Sift your flour in the container you are going to knead your dough next add salt, egg, and olive oil, mix it really well, now slowly start adding the water and yeast mixture this should make a sticky dough, keep kneading for about 3 min and you should have a nice soft dough. Let the dough rise till it has doubled in size, then make small individual balls and roll them out to about 5 to 6 in in diameter. You will need some extra flour for dusting while you roll the pitas. Start laying them on a floured surface to prevent them from sticking, start cooking the rotis with the first one you had rolled out that way it will give it some time to rise a little, in a med hot pan put the rotis one by one on the frying pan, flip only twice, you can add a little olive oil to prevent it from drying out!

A super delicious no carb baked chicken with fresh mozzarella and basil that will satisfy your hunger without the carbs!
Preheat oven 400 degrees
bake for 30 minutes
broil for 5 min
Marinate the chicken in 1 tbsp ginger and garlic, add a splash of salt and a sprinkle of lemon pepper
Ing:
2 very big pieces of chicken breast (beaten flat)
2 tbsp green chutney
2 tbsp fresh basil chopped and mixed with the green chutney
1 egg (to dip the chicken roll in)
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs (to roll after it’s dipped in egg)
1/2 tsp dried parsley or cilantro for (garnish)
1/2 tsp Spanish paprika for (garnish)
Your choice of vegetables stir fried and laid it on the bottom of the chicken!
Method:
Beat the chicken breasts so it is nice and thin, apply the green chutney and basil mixture, top with thin slices of mozzarella, fold it carefully like a swiss roll and carefully dip it in the beaten egg mixture and then the bread crumbs. Pop it in the oven for 30 min and then increase the temperature to broil and leave it in for the next five minutes for the top to brown and crisp up….

A delicious combination of meat, vegetables and seasoned potatoes topped with cheese… A sure kid pleaser
Ing:
For the wet mixture you will need:
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onions chopped
1/2 green bell pepper chopped
1 cup mushroom chopped
1 tsp ginger and garlic puree
11/2 tsp green chutney (optional)
3 tsp tbsp tomato paste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 cups cooked shredded beef or chicken
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
For the potato mixture you will need:
5 large potatoes boiled and mashed
1/2 lemon juiced
cayenne to taste
lemon pepper to taste
1/2 tsp dried parsley leaves
salt to taste
Cheese of your choice to put on top!
Method:
In a pan add the olive oil let it heat then add the onions and bell peppers, cook this for a little bit then chop the mushroom in small pieces and add it to the onion and bell pepper mixture. Add the ginger and garlic puree, green chutney, tomato paste, stir all the ingredients really well lastly add the shredded meat and lemon pepper, stir everything well, do a taste test so you like the taste, then reduce the heat and proceed with assembling the potatoes. For the potatoes mash them really well and add the fresh lemon juice, cayenne, lemon pepper, dried parsley, and salt. Now we will take a 9×13 inch pyrex dish and lay the meat mixture on the bottom and smooth it out, next add the potato mixture on top of the meat mixture and lastly sprinkle it with your choice of shredded cheese. This can be put in the oven at 350 degrees until the cheese melts and gets bubbly or you can also stick it in the microwave on two minute intervals until the cheese melts! Serve immediately!

A delightful dessert that is not sweet but light and fluffy with an amazing crunch!

Ing:
For the crust:
7 cups corn flakes
reserve one cup for later
1/3 cup sugar
4 tbsp melted unsalted butter
Assemble in a 9×13 pyrex dish
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
For the pie
15 oz crushed pineapple drained
3.5 oz pudding mix prepared according to package directions
12 oz of cool whip or whipped topping
5 ripe bananas cut in slices
Method:
Take the crust out of the oven and let cool, once cool, slice the bananas and layer it on top of the cornflakes crust, next in another bowl mix together the crushed pineapple, prepared pudding mix and the 8 oz of cool whip and combine it really well till all the ingredients have combined really well. layer the pudding mixture and lay it on the bananas making sure to evenly spread it, top with the 4 oz of reserved cool whip or whipped topping. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, sprinkle with the reserved corn flakes just before you serve it!

A delicious fried bread that is made instantly using baking powder
Ing:
2 cups canola oil for frying
2 cups white flour
1/2 stick or 4 tbsp butter (unsalted)
pinch of salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
rest water to bind dough
Method:
In a bowl that has the flour add the baking powder and salt, stir to make sure all the ingredients have incorporated well, next add the cardamom powder and sugar mix well next add the room temperature butter in it and mix well. Add once egg and milk and again mix than start adding water slowly to bind a pliable dough. Let the dough rest about 20 to 30 min and then flatten with a rolling pin and fry in oil that is at 350 degree temperature or when a little amount added to the oil makes bubbles and surfaces up to the top.

A delicious blend of crispy corn and apples with a creamy dressing that is sure to satisfy any hunger!
Ing:
1 15.5 oz can of dark red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 15.5 oz can of light brown kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
2 15.5 cans of corn (drained and rinsed)
1 large cucumber peeled and deseeded
1 large apple cubed
1/2 lemon juiced to prevent oxidizing
salt to taste
fresh black pepper
toasted sweetened almond sliced
For the dressing
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 tbsp light sour cream
Method:
Start by rinsing all the canned vegetables and chop the cucumber and the apple, add it to a big bowl, next add the all the beans, lemon juice and the dressing. Mix all this really well and place it on a bed of greens! Make sure and add the almonds just before serving so they don’t become soft

Very healthy and super delicious no guilt date bites that is going to satisfy and sugar craving!
Ing:
1 13 oz pack baking dates
1/2 cup pistachios
1 to 2 tsp ghee or butter
All the below products can be used for garnishing!
crushed slivered almonds for garnishing
sprinkles for garnishing
crushed pistachios for garnishing
desiccated coconut for garnishing
sweetened coconut flakes for garnishing
Method:
In a wide frying pan add the ghee and let it melt, then add the dates and flatten it, this will help cook it evenly, on the side add the pistachios and toast it lightly, after about a minute or so mix everything together and cook it for about 3 more minutes. Shut the stove off and divide the mixture in two, put one half of the mixture on a saran wrap and for it in a cylinder then add the topping of your choice make sure the whole thing is coated well, cover it well and pop it in the freezer for about half an hour then unwrap and slice using a serrated knife!
