A delicious crispy savory dish to be enjoyed anytime of the day!

Ing:
4 cups white flour
3/4 cup oil for softer richer puris OR (hot)
1/2 cup for more crispy puris (hot)
4 tbsp rice flour
salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp carom (ajwain) seeds
enough water to bind a nice pliable dough
3 cups of oil to fry the puris
Method:
In a bowl add the flour next add the rice flour, salt, lemon pepper, ajwain or carom seeds. Stir this together really well and make a well in the middle and add the hot oil and carefully mix it slowly making sure you don’t burn yourself, mix it till it resembles a crumbly like mixture, next add the water slowly to bind a nice pliable dough that is not to firm or not to soft dough, let the dough rest for 10 to 20 minutes . After resting the dough make 4 to 5 portions of it and roll them out flat, and using a cookie cutter of your choice. Fry on med heat till crispy and golden brown.

A delicious rich coconut cream biryani with chicken
Prepare the rice and put in on a serving dish, the biryani will be put on the rice when biryani is cooked
Ing:
2 cup store bought fried biryani
2 tbsp canola oil
3 big potatoes peeled and cut in quarters
3 cups chicken cut to your preference
1 12 oz can of coconut milk
4 to 5 dried peppers
1 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 to 3 lime leaves (optional)
1/2 tsp habanero and bell pepper chutney (optional)
2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped for garnishing
1/2 lime juice to be used in the end for garnishing
1/2 cup chopped green onions (half to be used in rice) and half to be used for garnishing
Method:
In a saucepan or wok add the canola oil, once hot add the fried onions, after about a minute add the potatoes and fry till it is halfway cooked, then add the fried peppers, garlic, and the habanero chutney, fry it really well making sure not to get in on your hands, face or eyes. Once the potatoes are cooked half way add the chicken in it and increase the heat to high and stir fry all this together really well by mixing all the ingredients thoroughly. Sprinkle the turmeric stir again until the chicken is cooked half way through, this should happen when you see the chicken is white in color, add salt per your taste and lastly add the coconut milk, make sure to combine all the ingredients really well, scrape the bottom to make sure that you scrape all that may have stuck to the bottom of the pan. Do a taste test and make sure your salt and chillies are per your liking, put it on med and cover for about 5 min until the gravy has thickened up. Pour the gravy on a bed of rice that has been sprinkled with saffron and chopped spring onions. Lastly garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander, as well as some lemon juice.

A delicious crispy and spicy tart pickle, that complements any dish perfectly!
Ing:
2 to 3 cups of carrots that are semi crushed in the food processor
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tsp ginger and garlic
1 tsp of mango powder
4 small makoks or 1 big baby mango
1/4 tsp citric acid
water as needed
salt to taste
1/2 to 1 habanero pepper depending on how hot you want it
Method:
chop up the carrots in the food processor and keep aside, chop up the makok and the habanero pepper and keep it aside. In a small pan add the oil, when hot add the mustard seeds, once they pop add the tomato paste, garlic and ginger stir really well so the tomato paste cooks a little then add the mango powder, citric acid. and salt. Lastly add some water and give it a taste test to make sure that it is nice and tasty. In a bowl add the carrots, the makok and habanero mixture and sauce, mix all the ingredients really well.

A delicious sweet or savory version of french toast!
Sweet french toast
olive oil as needed
4 slices of french toast bread
1 egg
1/2 cup half and half
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Mix all the ingredients until it is incorporated really well
In a pan heat about 1 tbsp of oil once hot, soak the bread pieces in the mixture and pan fry both sides until golden brown.
Savory French Toast
4 slices of french toast
olive oil for pan frying the bread
2 eggs
1/2 cup half half
salt to taste
1 tbsp of parsley flakes (optional)
crushed black pepper
cajun seasoning (optional) to taste
1 tbsp of green chutney
Mix all the ingredients until it is incorporated really well
In a pan heat about 1 tbsp of oil once hot, soak the bread pieces in the mixture and pan fry both sides until golden brown.

A delicious fried rice with fresh veggies and meat
Ing:
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce salt to taste
1 tsp pepper
1 cup spring onions chopped
1 cup red bell peppers chopped
12 cup carrots matchstick
1/2 cup meat that is cooked and cut in 1 inch cubes
11/2 cups coleslaw
1 cup yellow bell peppers
1 cup green bell peppers
2 eggs
2 cups rice that are cooked a day before or in the morning
2 tbsp soy sauce
Method:
In a sauce pan add 2 tbsp oil, once it gets hot, add the spring onions and stir well until it starts sizzling, now go ahead and add the carrots, coleslaw, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, and the yellow bell peppers, mix everything really well, season the rice with a little salt and add a good amount of black pepper. Next move the veggies on the side and crack two eggs in the middle of the sauce pan and mix the eggs so you have scrambled eggs, sprinkle with salt and pepper, once the eggs are cooked it can be mixed with the rest of the veggies. Once everything has mixed well add the meat and the cooked rice, make sure you stir everything gently being extra careful not to break the rice. splash about 2 tbsp soy sauce in the rice. Cover the rice and let be on the stove for about 7 to 10 min.
Can be served with soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and crispy noodles.

A wonderfully delicious and healthy cake with full of energy and this is something you are not going to make you feel guilty for devouring this cake!
Preheat oven on 375 degrees F
Ing:
1/2 stick of butter (4 tbsp)
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
3 med sized avocados mashed
2 eggs
4 tbsp chia seeds soaked
2 tsps of flex seeds (optional)
2 cups of white all purpose flour
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla essence
pinch of salt
Pistachios (optional)
Method
To a mixer add the butter and both the sugars, start your machine on low and beat it, make sure you scrap the bowl, when the machine is on low start adding the egg one by one making sure you scarp the bowl and help combine all the ingredients really well, than slowly add the avocados in slowly, once all the ingredients are combined really well go ahead and add the chia seeds in there and continue beating the mixture until well combined. Mix the flour with the baking soda, baking powder, pinch of salt and mix well than slowly add it to the cake mixture until all the ingredients are mixed in really well lastly add the flex seed and vanilla essence. Pour the mixture in a loaf pan that has been sprayed with shortening or butter and put it in the oven for about 1 and a half hour or tooth pick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean.

This is my versatile dough recipe that I use for anything that I want to stuff! They turn out soft and delicious!
Pre heat oven to 350
Ing:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp yeast
2 tbsp warm water
1 tsp sugar
pinch of salt
3/4 cup warm milk
1 egg
2 tbsp of ghee
1 egg (for brushing on before it goes in the oven)
Method:
Mix the warm water, sugar and yeast so it starts fermenting
Next put the flour in a mixing bowl and add the ghee, pinch of salt, egg, and add the yeast mixture, start the machine and slowly start adding the warm milk until the dough is binded completely. Leave the dough in a warm place for about 20 min and when double in size coil them around the hornets (video available on how to make hornets at home or you can order it on amazon) and put them in the oven until they are golden brown approximately 12 min. Let cool before you stuff it. (They can be stuffed with either a sweet or savory mixture)

This is my favorite sandwich and or a great late night snack
Ing:
2 slices of Bread
butter or Margarine
fresh Pepper
2 slices of Bread
2 slices of Cheese
4 to 5 pieces of Cucumber cut thinly
2 big slices of fresh Tomatoes
Banana Peppers
Shredded Beef (Optional)
2 tsp Olive Oil
Method:
Drizzle olive oil in a frying pan and let it get nice and hot than spread butter or margerine on the bread than go ahead and add the one slice of cheese, black pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes, banana peppers and the meat. Cover with the other slice of bread and toast it in the olive oil until it reaches the crispiness you like.
